Responsible for the IT integration of Merck Millipore (a global Life Sciences division including about 10’000 employees and more than 40’000 products sold in 64 countries) in the Merck Group, with the complete re-design of the application landscape across the entire value-chain.

Global IT responsibility for the Pharmaceutical division of Merck, a Biopharma leader with more than 15’000 employees and 5 Billion Euros revenue.

Responsible for the IT integration of Serono (a global biotech group of 5’000 employees in 30 countries) in the Merck Group, with the complete re-design of the application landscape across the entire value-chain.

Responsible for the IT divestment of the Generics Division (a global division of 4’500 employees in 21 countries) with the carve-out of all related applications and infrastructure.

Development of a 3 years strategic plan supporting the projected growth of Merck Serono, the biotech company of Merck’s Pharmaceutical division.
